ULTIMATE NES REMIX Company: Nintendo Release: December 4, 2014 ESRB: E (Mild Fantasy Violence) March 1, 2015 Well, I got the Wii-U version so I could compare it with the 3DS version. Actually, I got the Wii-U version first. Both are pretty much the same. This game is basically WarioWare-like minigames based on and sharing sprites of famous NES games. And it is pretty good even if you're not into WarioWare titles and would like to remininsce, albeit shortly, since most of the games last a few seconds. For example, some of the SMB-related titles last 2 seconds, like get four coins. And then after you defeat the first NES Remix stage, five games immediately open up. There should be more once you get into the game further. There is an interesting bonus feature on both versions, both having to do with SMB. On the Wii-U, it's reversed, and on the 3DS, it's sped-up and called "Speed Mario Bros.", making 8-1 impossible to beat. It's exactly like the SMB game, only the enemies, and Mario, are sped up. I think I like the Wii-U version's extra better. But if you have a 3DS and no Wii-U, this version should sate you enough. score=7/10.
