controls.
start - pause game. (on title screen and game over screen and ending) start new game.
d-pad - move burger around.
a button - shoot fry.

enemies.
your enemies are the milkshakes. They shoot different projectiles at you.
= onion ring. - goes straight forward (may go up and down during boss)
= pretzel. - these sneaky snacks follow you. do your best to avoid or shoot them.
= nacho. - these crunchy snacks travel downwards.
= caramel corn. - sweet? not! They can move up, down, forward, or try to follow you.

boss.
after 100 milkshakes pass, you must face a giant boss milkshake that shoots two
onion rings at a time at you. It takes 20 shots to defeat the boss. Then you go
on to the next level. There are eight levels in all. 

lives.
you get four lives at the start. touching a milkshake or its projectiles will cause
you to lose a life. you will know when you lose a life because you will flash for a
bit.  also, there is the rare chicken nugget which you can touch for an extra life.
