STARS = you need these to advance through the game. You can get a star by getting all the fruits, getting all the dots, getting a set amount of points, or Time Trials. A Time Trial is where you forget about everything and try to move through a level as fast as you can. The time is in min:sec form to beat.
MYSTERY (at least in this guide): Little puzzles you have to solve in order to advance. I'll tell you all the answers.
7 FRUITS: (I’ll tell you how to get all of them in each level.)
Blocks. These are the ones that have the v on them.
cherry = Move the 2nd block up for the the farthest, then get
strawberry = move the block there to the left, then trampoline jump up and get
blue key = Use the trampoline farthest north, push the block in the hole and get.
peach = Go past the bridge, use the trampoline to go to the island, and there it is.
pretzel = hidden in the farthest north of the next area from the peach.
apple = push the 2nd block as far up as you can. Then use the 1st
block and put it up against the 2nd one and use the trampoline to get up there.
*pear = Move the right TNT on the belt and get the gray box out. Move the 2nd TNT one space to start the timer. When it reaches just about 1, push it to blast the poison ones. Then move the TNT on the end to get gray. Reset everything & do it again except the 2nd block. Push that one down and follow it & push it down 1. Then, run back all the way around to where the 2 second TNT was, and back to where the poison boxes were and push it right to blast the grey one. Then, go to the warp, and another one. Go inside the maze, and kill off the 2 enemies and get the pear.
banana = follow the centipede around.
Cherry = Push the farthest north TNT down, run back and push it left.
Strawberry = put the block into the hole and trampoline south.
Peach = trampoline south and get
Pretzel = Triger the 3, the 4th in the middle w/ center
*Apple = Push the 1st farthest up down to the 1st one.
Mystery = Push the one on the right as you enter down one, then the one on the left down to match the 1st one. Then, the 2nd in the middle between the 2 it can be. Then, move south and go.
Pear = eat 200 dots
Banana = knock down the thing.
Mystery #2 = Right #1, #2, left, right #3.
Mystery #1 = put the block on the belt. Then push it left until it goes to the next aisle over. Then, push in hole. Then, push the TNT to the belt. Run, push it over to the next aisle, run back and push forward to the grey block.
Yellow/Red Key by getting 145 dots, go back and get strawberry
Cherry= do the catapult approaching from the left.
Peach = no problem.
Green key/red key/ blue key = no problem
Apple = no problem
Pear = you need the blue key
Mystery #2 = push up to parrallel top of the dirt.
Mystery #3 = Push #1, then go to the 4th aisle without pressing none, then step left and down.
Banana = Knock down, go back and jump on the trampoline.
Cherry = move the 1st block right & down, jump on trampoline
Mystery #1 = move 2nd block down, right, & up.
Strawberry = Move down the rock belt until you see it.
Peach = go up to the uppest room.
Yellow key = keep going up to a room. It’s on the right hand side.
Red Key = It’s on the left hand side of the same room for yellow.
Pretzel = in the right room.
Mystery #2 = move the 1st block down, right, up, left to fill the hole. Then, move the 2nd block down, right, up, left to get the
Pear = well, do it.
Banana = use the keys
Cherry = where the rocks go, do down the last aisle.
(THE ICE BLOCKS COOL DOWN LAVA TO STEP ON BUT ONLY TEMPORARY.)
Strawberry = use the method by going down and using the 2 blocks
Peach = easy
Mystery #1 = Push the 2nd one to the lava on left, then push the 1st one down, come back and push it down.
Pretzel = easy
Mystery #2 = Use the 4th one to bump the 3rd one. Move it down & right.
Apple = Go down the 3rd aisle.
Pear = Go up
Banana = use the trampoline to go south.
Reset button (R) = gives you more blocks and/or resets the blocks.
Cherry/Red Key = Set off the switches in no order. For the red key, go down as much as possible and use trampoline. For the cherry, ride the thing that goes down to the end and trampoline that way.
Strawberry = Push the bottom block up 1st then hit reset and push another bottom one.
To advance = push the side block first, then bottom, then hit (R) and anouther bottom one.
Mystery #1 = bottom ride, go down & press switch #1, right, up #2 , then right #3. Go far up & come around and do the last 2 switches.
Peach = go way up.
Mystery #2 = push block #1 down & right, go up and push that left to go to the dot. Press (R) & go up then right. Use a block on the right, push left then eat the thing. Press (R) And push the block up and right.
Pretzel = push right, reset, and right again.
Apple = put a block in hole.
Mystery #3 = Put a block in the hole. Press (R) if needed to push the bottom block Right, Up, Left, Up, Right, Up, & Left. Then use the trampoline to get up there to complete that part.
You will need to get the banana before the pear. If you don’t have the purple key yet, you cannot get all the fruit in Freezer Burn.
*banana - go up into room, eat all the ghosts, and a yellow key is to the left.
Pear = easy.
Pear/mystery #4 = go down to trampoline, use another go down & right to blow up a block. repeat this again for the other block. Use trampoline to reset, then get up on the ice block, then down and press TNT block down. Then go to the left side and push both top blocks right for switch #1. repeat for the bottom blocks and switch #2. Press (R), then the first blocks to the left for switch #3, and the bottom blocks left for switch #4. Then, use the trampoline to press (R), then go back down and go to the left & make the first block stop by pushing the 2nd one away. Push it down and jump on the trampoline.
cherry = go down, move the TNT block one space, then press the other block one space.
red key = move the TNT block right to blow up 1st gray block.
THE BLACK/WHITE/EXPLODING THING: You can walk on black & white, but not when it’s shooting things off.
Strawberry = When the thing isn’t white, move the TNT to blow the gray block up.
important:
BLOW UP THE WALKING DYNAMITE FACTORIES!
Peach = Blow up the wall from the down part.
Mystery #1 = Put the dynamite to the other. The wall will blow up.
Pretzel = go down, left.
blue key = go down.
Apple = go down, move block right & down.
Mystery #2/Blue key/Pear = Push the TNT down, get the blue key, (R), push the TNT right, then down, then up to poison blocks for the pear.
Yellow key = Go up the trampoline.
Banana = easy.
Blue key = easy, but after you get it. turn the thing to down for the red key. After completing that boat, go back to where you saw the red key door.
Cherry = move the 2nd reachable TNT and push it to the between 2 places and a trampoline on one end of the high place. Then, run over to the ground trampoline and the 2nd one and get it.
Mystery #1 = Push the TNT down below and press (R). Then, push it to the max. Then, move the TNT in the cherry puzzle back to the left and down one. Then, move the block down and to the left. Hurry back to the trampoline near where the block is and jump on it and walk along the temporary path, being careful not to fall off.
Strawberry = go to the walking dynamite factory and move the TNT to the gray block to the left. Push the TNT against the other gray block. Go (R) and push the other TNT block down and to the right to destroy factory and get the strawberry.
Mystery #2 = push the TNT right and up to get rid of the gray wall. Then, free the dragon with TNT and get him to light the gun powder by bait (you) to him and make him use his fire breath and quickly get away.
Peach = push the dynamite past the aisle one space, then push it back to the aisle and down to get rid of the poison blocks.
(You’ll collect the apple before the pretzel)
*Mystery #3=
*Apple = spin the rotating thing right. Destroy the walking dynamite factory. Then, (R) and destroy wall.
*Pretzel = Blow up other walking dynamite factory.
Then, go to beginning, press (R) to blow up the wall.
Pear = easy
Make the ghost with gun powder light up the TNT by using you as bait and have the black & white things light it up.
Banana = blow up all TNT that blocks passages. Blow up the far right switch, then the 2nd right, then the 3rd right, and then the left one.
How to get out: Do the same thing for the banana.
A bonus game to get more stars. You’re in a boat, and in order to get fruit and dots, you fire missiles at the boats occupied by ghosts (not the rocks). How to fire: In the direction you’re going, jerk the joystick in the direction you’re going.
Cherry = lure the gun powder dropping ghost to the upper poison box. Then, lure the dragon to light it using his fire breath while avoiding the flames. Same for the extra life - you’ll need it.
Red key = trampoline up to get it.
Strawberry = go down the 1st aisle until you see it.
*Blue key = same thing for cherry.
*Yellow key
*Peach = do the trampoline where the 4 black/white things are.
Pretzel = Blow up the walking dynamite factory.
Red key = Go up when you get to the dock w/ dragon.
To the place on the right = push the TNT down. It gives you access to a thing that fires rockets to blast gray blocks with, and the dragon.
Apple = blast the wall on the right.
To get out = blast the wall up, and then go up and right.
Mystery #1 = throw the switches in no order.
Pear/blue key/to get out = lure the gun-powder carrying ghost dragon to the poison boxes.
Banana = easy to see.
The thing with lightning: The floors are struck with lightning, and the blue streak going across indicates where you DON’T want to be.
Red key/extra life = go down the bottom aisle.
Cherry/Yellow key = go down the middle aisle.
Strawberry/red key = easy
Another Red key = Press the 3 switches in no order.
Also note that the end is here, but you don’t have a blue key, so keep going.
Peach = activate switches in the next part.
Pretzel = jump (with trampoline) on the bottom right corner yellow place.
Yellow Key =Jump (with trampoline) on the upper left corner yellow place.
To get out = Jump (with trampoline) on the middle left yellow place.
Apple = easy.
Yes, you CAN go through there.
Blue key/pear = go right, bottom
Banana = use yellow key.
To finish = now you’re at the beginning. Go through the maze again until you find where the ending is (refer to the guide if you have to.)
Red key = activate the thing by getting the thing in the pad to the left, then go to the right.
Keep going until you see a thing that says you need 90 dots to enter. You don’t, so keep going.
Go to the other thing (the same type of thing where you need 90).
Blast the thing to the right to get more dots.
Cherry = Blow up 3 TNTs by going to (R). Go up. By the time you finish this maze, you’ll have plenty of dots, so go back.
Enter the 90-dot-thing.
Strawberry = shoot down.
Red Key = shoot up twice
Now, go to the beginning.
Peach=use red key.
Go up.
Pretzel = go to the left without getting bit by the dog. You’ll also have a power dot to kill the 3 dogs.
Go through & up for the 200 dot entrance.
(NOTE: If you don’t have the purple key, skip to the banana section.)
Go through the key of the purple thing to do this)
*Apple = Go right and up, and go get everything, not just the apple in this section. There’s an extra life.
* Pear = activate all the switches in no order.
Banana = middle.
Yellow key = far left.
Blue key = 2nd from left
Red key = far right.
Cherry = easy

Strawberry = go right and try not to get the TNT exploded by electricity on the ramp.
Peach = easy
pretzel = in the next room, there’s a key, get it and return. Whilst doing so, don’t forget about the poison blocks. Reset the TNT.
Apple = Move block down 2, run around to the other side, and jump on the trampoline.
*Pear = easy
*Mystery #1 = Push the 2nd TNT up in hole, then put the other TNT down beyond the temporary hole made with the TNT to blow up the gray block.
Mystery #2 = Push the 1st TNT to break the poison. Then, push the rest of the TNTs up to make a temporary walkway, with ramp to right.
Blue key = Go up the spiral ramp.
Banana = easy to spot
Hit the 4 switches for something.
Then, after you’ve done Gobblin’ you have to find all the fruits and dots and high score from every level, and then beat 2 time trials, explained earlier in this book. I found the easiest ones were the 1st two.
You have to go as fast as you can through the mazes. There are no dots, no fruit to collect, no keys to worry about. There are enemies though, and they can slow you down dramatically. If you need a refresher of how the course goes, do a quest until you memorized what to do and where to go. You can do it. It’s only 2!
A maze in the same style as Gobblin’, but harder. Then, when we get to her house, activate the 6 switches. Then, get the fireballs from her breath to put in the things that you activated. Then, after that, activate the 6 other things. The ones that have electrricity all around them have been activated. They pop up to be activated. Do all this while saving yourself from her fireworks and you are done! Or are you....
You saved the evil Mesmerelda, who turns back into a princess and says she didn’t mean to hurt anyone, she was under a spell. And then they throw you a party with regular and Pac-man-like balloons.
The credits is a fun game that has nothing to do with the real game. It’s in the style of Pier Pressure, and since the guys who worked hard didn’t want to be missed, if you don’t finish it, it will tell you which people you didn’t see.

The maze takes about 5 minutes to do. Then, right after that is a thing where you shoot the evil witch. When she’s in a blue window, shoot from the blue side. When she’s in a red window, shoot from the red side. She throws fireballs at you, so be careful!
