K21GX (formerly K61CC) One of the longest-lasting independent TV stations in the Salem area, K21GX offers Christian programs. While it used to have a cable channel on the cable station in the early 80's (Viacom Cablevision), you must now have an antenna to get it. Owned by Northwest Christian Broadcasting. Now on channel 36.
Update: A news story from the Salem newspaper here ran an article on this station. You can view it here, and here. I had listed it previously it being on channel 4, but this article says it has moved to channel 36.

KPWC-LP - An Azteca-America affiliate (Spanish language network. Now on Comcast channel 317.)

KMUZ - 88.5 FM radio station located in Turner. Also in Salem/Keizer on 100.7 FM. Started on December 17, 2011. Also simulcast via the internet.
KWBX - 90.3 FM A "Contemporary Christian" station operating from Corban College just a little bit south of Salem.
KPCN-LP - 96.3 FM A 100-watt station only available in Woodburn and a 5-mile radius of Woodburn. Started operating fully in November 2006. Not available in Salem.

KWIP 880 - Spanish language.
KCCS 1220 - offers Christian talk/programming.
KSLM 1390 - simulcast of KFXX Portland: Sports Talk
KYKN 1430 - Technically located in Keizer, KYKN is a news/talk station.
KCKX 1460 - Classic Country. Stayton.
KBZY 1490 - Adult contemporary.
