TV Life - part 2.

At a flea market, I picked up 5 issues of a magazine called TV Life. It contained TV listings from the 1950's. Here in part 2, we will look at the other one from 1954.

What does that kid have on? A snake? Suspenders? Or is it hair? I can't tell. And the toymaker seems to like her.

This was published every Wednesday. And Blinky looks evil. And Lorraine Maranville is now a geezer. I wonder how excited she was to see Gale Storm. I guess Lucy Ball was unavailable.

That's the scariest looking clown I've ever seen. And I usually like clowns. I can't tell your advertisers I saw their ad in TV Life because the phone numbers only have 6 digits!

Channel 27 at 1:45 - Ric Flair wrestling in the '50s? 4:30 Channel 27 - He had his own show in 1954, too! And Buzz and Happy better stop eating the cosmic chili (1:30, channel 6.)

They were making up diseases in 1954 as well.

Lloyd, you're not selling TVs. What are you doing in here? Dick Crenna would be shocked at the poor grammar of today's TV stars. Sigh.
