"TV Life" was a pre-"TV Guide" magazine showing television listings. Not much is known about this magazine, except it began in February 1953 (The Feb. 20, 1954 issue is marked as the "One Year Anniversary" issue. I have some of these, mostly found at the local flea market. They are all for the Portland, Oregon area. Famous city for having the first UHF channel, channel 27, KPTV (now channel 12, a Fox affiliate.) In some of these issues, the show listings have channel 27 in them. Mentioned in a few issues I have is KLOR, channel 12, which took over KPTV. So enjoy my articles and remember that life in the '50s was very different than now, except for the fact we still had TV. And this was what was on it.
